With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality sector, Mr. Mukherjee brings valuable industry knowledge, strategic vision, and a proven record of success to this leadership role.
Before joining The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, Sudipto served as the Account Director – National Sales at Marriott Hotels India Pvt. Ltd., where he oversaw sales for 112 hotels across the country, with a base in Hyderabad. His responsibilities included crafting and implementing sales strategies, managing major corporate accounts, and boosting market share through strategic alliances.
Throughout his career, Sudipto has exhibited outstanding leadership and a remarkable ability to foster business growth. Among his significant achievements is a remarkable 55% increase in corporate business over the 2024 target. He has also successfully cultivated PAN India business relationships with multi-crore turnovers and managed high-profile relocation projects, such as securing 4,300 room nights for HSBC across multiple cities. Additionally, Sudipto played an instrumental role in expanding The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace’s market reach, particularly by establishing new wedding destination markets in Raipur and Kolkata.
